Andrew Britton was born in Peterborough, England and spent his formative years in England and Camlough,
Northern Ireland, a small village which is home to most of the family on his mother's side. His family
immigrated to the United States, taking up residence in Grand Rapids, Michigan, eventually moving to
Raleigh, North Carolina.
Britton joined the U.S. Army right out of high school and served as a combat engineer for three years
and served in Korea. He studied at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Britton is the
author of The American, The Assassin, The Invisible, The Exile,
The Operative, The Courier amd Threatcon Delta.
